  • Relax yourself by calming your feet. When you are stressed up take off your shoes and loosen up your clothing. Dip your feet in a warm water tub and squeeze them with hands. If you add a little body wash and cleanser in it. You will not need frequent manicure and pedicure. Along with other stress and relaxation tips you can try an exercise as well.
  • Hold your right feet in hand drag it upwards, closer to you.
  • Breathe deeply and Squeeze the foot as much as you can.
  • After completing the count of fifteen leave the foot and relax, now repeat the procedure with left foot.
  • Repeating it every day will not only release your stress but keeps you fresh and healthy.

  • Use aromatic oils in combination during shower and taking a bath. Add some drops of olive oil with them to deep cleanse your body. They refresh you completely and give you a deep relaxation. Aromatic oils are the best remedy of stress. Make a habit to go sauna or massage treatment at least twice a month. Take your own oils the ones attract you the most.
  • Meditation is the best remedy and recommendation by the health advisors and physicians. There are different techniques suggested by various healers. You can try for the one suit you the best. The most generic meditation and breathing technique is as follows:
  • Loosen up your clothing. Take off all the metals, belts and jewelry.
  • Lie down or sit in a relaxed position. Grab a blanket if you feel cold be in the most relaxed position.
  • Close your eyes and start visualizing. You can either think about the best moments you had in your life or the place you want to visit. Imagine yourself in the happiest way. Take a deep breath and count. Keep visualizing. You can also take advantage of light music.
  • During this process do not avoid sleep if it occurs. After taking sufficient sleep you will come back to the relaxed state.
 Meditation Technique:
Some people have talkative mind. They do not get relaxed even when they are sleeping. If you are in a similar state, calm and stress free, keep believing that and feel yourself happy while meditating.
